Selling Skills Assessment™ (SSAT)

 

SSAT is a 25-item instrument designed to assess sales professionals’ consultative and customer-focused selling skills.

 

The SSAT benchmark

SSAT primarily serves as a diagnostic, benchmarking and tracking tool which facilitates targeted training and coaching in 5 sales skills areas: Open, Investigate, Present, Confirm, and Position. SSAT is administered via a secure web-based application, typically takes between 20 and 25 minutes to complete, and is not timed. The report consists of 2 pages summarizing the score according the 5 Step process; and an interpretation of the overall results, as well as a summary of the sales team results for tracking and benchmarking purposes. A group report can be produced which will benchmark all participants. Available languages include English, French, Danish, Dutch, German, Italian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Swedish, Korean, Hungarian, Russia, Norwegian and Polish.
