The PI Checklist
The Predictive Index is a psychometric tool to measure normal, adult motivational needs and to predict behaviors. This behavioral assessment offers a clear understanding of and insight into individuals’ unique motivational needs and drives using a free-choice adjective checklist. Speed of use without compromise to reliability is unparalleled (taking 5 to 10 minutes to complete). It describes motivational drives and predicts behaviors at 3 levels: 1: natural behaviors, 2: role (adaptive) behaviors, and 3: observable behaviors.
